Always set yourself a martial arts goal no matter how big or small. It’s important that you do this and strive for something otherwise it is easy to become complacent in the martial arts. Even if it’s practise turning kick on left leg or to be in the box splits by Christmas. Set yourself targets and once you have reached it choose another one.

Went training over the weekend

We concentrated on jumping techniques inparticular jump back kick, which is used as a defensive counter attack technique. Also we worked on multiple kicking exercises and side stepping when being attacked.

The website has a new look with even more pages being added about martial arts education. I am now adding dates to my diary for seminars, so where ever you are get in touch if you would like a seminar to be held for your students.
