DEMO TRAINING STARTED

Demonstration training has started. I need creative ideas and suggestions. If anyone has any please get in touch and email them across to me.

10KM FUN RUN

A big well done to Jack Saville who completed the Middlesbrough 10km Fun Run for Kim CHung Do Kwan and managed to raise alone over £220 for the Intensive Care Unit at Darlington.

He completed in 1 hr 6 mins 6 secs

Demonstration Training

Demonstration is going to be starting in September i’m in charge of putting together a group of people to perform at public functions. Will include breaking techniques, multiple self defence, creative poomsae, kicking poomsae, and much more. Anyone with any ideas on demonstations please drop me an email and we can develop them

Always set yourself a martial arts goal no matter how big or small. It’s important that you do this and strive for something otherwise it is easy to become complacent in the martial arts. Even if it’s practise turning kick on left leg or to be in the box splits by Christmas. Set yourself targets and once you have reached it choose another one.
